Remember My Pill
Terms of use
Effective 13 October 2026
1. The app
Remember My Pill, made by Atomicle Labs, helps you remember to take medicines and record health measurements, for yourself and for people you care for. By using it you agree to these terms. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement also applies; if these terms conflict with it, these terms apply between you and us.
2. Not a medical device
- The app doesn't diagnose, treat or advise. It shows what you, or someone caring for you, entered.
- Check what you enter, and what the app reads from a prescription or a box, against the prescription and the package leaflet. You're responsible for the medicines, amounts and times you set.
- Health logs, charts and reports are for your own record and to share with a professional; they aren't a medical assessment.
3. Alarms depend on your phone
The app schedules alarms and notifications with your phone's own system. They can be delayed or silenced by the phone: when it's off or out of battery, in some battery saving or Focus settings, when permissions are turned off, or after the system clock or time zone changes. Keep notifications and alarms allowed, and don't rely on the app alone where a missed dose could cause serious harm.
4. Accounts and family links
- An account is optional. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you're responsible for what's done with it.
- Set up a family member's phone only with their agreement. They see what's shared and can stop sharing at any time, as can you. Push notifications can be delayed or lost by the networks that carry them.
5. Subscription
- The app needs a subscription, billed by the App Store or Google Play to the account you buy it with, at the price shown before you buy.
- A free trial, when offered, turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.
- Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's rules.
- If a subscription ends, alarms already set keep ringing and doses can still be marked taken; the rest of the app waits until you subscribe again.
6. Using the app fairly
Don't misuse the app or our servers: no attempts to break in, overload them, read other people's data, or resell the app. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Your content
What you enter stays yours. You let us store and send it only to run the app for you, as the privacy policy describes.
8. Liability
We work to keep the app reliable, but provide it "as is", without guarantees that it's free of errors or always available. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for harm from relying on the app instead of medical advice, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
9. This website and the waitlist
Joining the waitlist asks for your email address so we can tell you once when the app is out. We don't promise a launch date, a price or a place in any early-access group; the launch offer is described in that email.
10. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date above shows when. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time in Settings. Questions:help@remembermypill.app.
