Use Settings › Help & feedback in the app, which sends us your message with the app version, or write tohelp@remembermypill.app. Please don't send medicine names or health details.

The alarm didn't ring
- Open Settings › Alarms and tap Test alarm.
- iPhone: allow notifications for Remember My Pill, and keep "Ring on silent and Focus" on (iOS 26 and later). On older iOS, allow Time Sensitive notifications so they come through Focus.
- Android: allow "Alarms & reminders" and notifications, and set battery use for the app to Unrestricted.
A new phone
With an account, sign in on the new phone ("I already have an account" on the first screen) and everything comes back. Without an account, what's on the old phone can't be moved: sign in on the old phone first to back it up. Your subscription comes with your Apple or Google account: tap Restore.
Setting up a family member's phone
Sign in, then open Settings › People › their name › Set up their phone. On their phone, install the app and tap "Someone set this up for me", then scan the code. Their alarms ring on their phone, and you hear if a dose is missed.
Your subscription
It's billed by the App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account › Subscriptions, or Google Play › Payments & subscriptions.
Deleting your Remember My Pill account
In the app, open Settings › Account › Delete account and confirm. This deletes, from our servers, at once:
- your account (email address, name, sign-in with Apple or Google),
- the backup of everything: people, routines, medicines, doses and health logs,
- your family links and the phones registered for notifications.
Nothing is kept afterwards. Your subscription isn't part of the account: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings. If you can't open the app, write to help@remembermypill.app from the email you signed in with and we'll delete it within 30 days.
Deleting some of your data
Without deleting your account: Settings › Privacy & data › Delete health logs deletes every health log, on the phone and in the backup. A medicine can also be deleted on its own, and a person removed from your list. Signed out, Settings › Privacy & data deletes everything on the phone. See theprivacy policy and what we collect.
Leaving the waitlist
